At Furnished Quarters, she has played a pivotal role in evolving the company into a premier provider of short-term housing — leveraging financial discipline, innovative technology, and an unwavering commitment to service.

Lorraine’s career began in hospitality operations, where she developed financial and managerial expertise within a four-star restaurant group before moving on to a prestigious Relais & Châteaux hotel. Rising to Director of Operations and General Manager, she gained deep insight into every aspect of the guest experience — a perspective that continues to inform her leadership today.

Since joining Furnished Quarters in 2002, Lorraine has led the company through major financial and strategic milestones.

In addition to overseeing finance, she is deeply involved in cross-functional areas such as technology, human resources, marketing, and operations — helping to modernize systems, elevate performance, and drive innovation across the business.
