Before co-founding Furnished Quarters in 1998, Gary built a diverse professional background as a certified public accountant and attorney, practicing in both New York and Connecticut. His legal and financial expertise has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of real estate development and corporate management.

Gary's entrepreneurial journey began alongside his brother, Steven, when they recognized a growing demand for high-quality furnished accommodations in New York City.

Leveraging their family's experience in the furniture business and their own professional backgrounds, they established Furnished Quarters. The company's rapid success, starting from a single brownstone to a portfolio of thousands of apartments, , is a testament to Gary's strategic financial management and sales acumen.
