Since joining Furnished Quarters in 2014, Jason has played a pivotal role in shaping HR initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals. He partners closely with leadership to enhance workforce planning, strengthen company culture, and implement initiatives that support both business growth and employee well-being.
His expertise spans talent acquisition, leadership development, and policy innovation — ensuring Furnished Quarters remains an employer of choice.
Before transitioning to corporate housing, Jason built a career in luxury hospitality, holding senior HR roles at Gansevoort Hotel Group and Gramercy Park Hotel, where he oversaw multi-property HR operations in fast-paced, high-touch environments.
Earlier in his career, he managed guest services at The Peninsula New York, gaining firsthand experience in service excellence and operational leadership.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University and an Associate Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. He is an active member of the
Society for Human Resource Management (SHMRM) and a certified New York Public Notary.
