His journey began in Las Vegas, where he was instrumental in the openings of both Treasure Island and the Bellagio. He later relocated to the East Coast, joining the prestigious St. Regis Hotel in Manhattan.
Drawing from his 5-Star training in customer service excellence, Jacy implemented industry best practices during his time with Hilton and Marriott brands. A pivotal moment in his career was successfully revitalizing a branded hotel on the verge of losing its flag, turning it into a successful operation.
Transitioning to corporate housing, he managed multiple markets across the Tri-State area around New York City that include New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Jacy dedicated over 10 years to AVE, leading their corporate housing program and enhancing the guest experience with innovative furniture design and premium amenities.
