As Vice President of Operations, Justin Ellison oversees the company's operational strategy, leading the teams and initiatives responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational consistency, and supporting Furnished Quarters' continued growth.

Justin's career spans leadership roles across New York City's hospitality industry, where he built a strong foundation in hotel operations, guest experience, and team leadership through positions with Marriott International at Residence Inn by Marriott and Renaissance Hotels, followed by The Quin, a boutique Hilton-branded hotel.

Prior to joining Furnished Quarters, Justin served as Head of Operations at Mint House, an apartment-style hospitality company, where he led operations across multiple markets, overseeing portfolio performance, financial results, owner partnerships, and cross-functional execution.

Throughout his career, Justin has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, creating operational consistency, and implementing scalable processes that enhance both the guest and employee experience. He is passionate about developing leaders and building collaborative, high-performing teams that are empowered to deliver exceptional results, fostering collaboration, and building organizations where accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional service are at the core of the culture.
