Furnished Quarters Hires New Vice President of Operations

Furnished Quarters, the largest independently owned and operated provider of global temporary housing, is pleased to introduce Justin Ellison as its new Vice President of Operations. Based in New York City, Justin brings with him extensive hospitality leadership experience and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As Vice President of Operations, Justin will oversee the company’s operational strategy, leading the teams and initiatives responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational consistency, and supporting Furnished Quarters’ continued growth.

Justin’s career spans leadership roles across New York City’s hospitality industry, where he built a strong foundation in hotel operations, guest experience, and team leadership through positions with Marriott International at Residence Inn by Marriott and Renaissance Hotels, followed by The Quin, a Hilton-branded boutique hotel. Most recently, he served as Head of Operations at Mint House, where he led operations across multiple markets, overseeing portfolio performance, financial results, owner partnerships, and cross-functional execution.

As Justin joins Furnished Quarters, he is energized by the opportunity to strengthen the company’s operational foundation while investing in its people.
