Furnished Quarters Announces Kim Johnson’s Promotion to Senior Director, Inside Sales 

(New York, NY) October 10, 2025 – Furnished Quarters, the largest independently owned and operated provider of global temporary housing, is proud to announce the promotion of Kim Johnson to Senior Director, Inside Sales, effective Monday, October 20.  

Kim first joined Furnished Quarters in 2005 as an Operations Manager, supporting the launch of the Massachusetts market. After rejoining the company in May 2022 as Global Solutions Manager, Kim quickly distinguished herself through her leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to the guest experience. She was promoted to Senior Director, Operations in early 2024, where she played a key role in elevating operations across multiple departments, including Guest Services and Apartment Services.  

In her new role as Senior Director, Inside Sales, Kim will oversee the Reservations Sales Specialists, Notices Team, and Inside Sales Manager, with indirect oversight of the Sales Coordinators supporting the Business Development team. She will report directly to Susan Becker, Executive Vice President of Sales, strengthening client engagement, and contributing to continued revenue growth.
