For corporate travelers who spend a lot of time on the road, knowing how to pack efficiently is essential. Business trip packing can be tough—from looking polished, not forgetting anything important, and keeping your luggage light, it’s not always a walk in the park. Make a plan

Although this may be an obvious thing to do, plan smartly about what to pack.  Business trip packing starts with reviewing your itinerary to make a list of what you’ll need to bring. Roll it up

Ship ahead or print 

Instead of hauling your presentation materials with you on the road, print your materials once you arrive or ship them to your hotel ahead of time. Whichever option you choose, contact your hotel to confirm there are printing centers or that they hold packages for guests so you won’t be caught in a sticky situation later.
