Since 1998, successful Manhattan real estate developers Gary and Steven Brown have been providing exceptional furnished apartments to both the business and leisure traveler in need of temporary housing.
Starting out with two elegant brownstone apartments, the brothers leveraged their knowledge of the New York real estate market to acquire and lease residences in prime neighborhoods throughout the city. To accommodate guests' needs, Furnished Quarters began offering no-fee furnished rentals.
The company has since grown to include stylish, conveniently located apartments across town, across the country and across the globe. Our main offices have expanded to the cities of San Francisco, Boston and London and our clients include the top Fortune 500 companies.
Our diverse portfolio includes vintage brownstones, elegant townhouses, deluxe full-service buildings and luxury high rises, stylishly appointed by our in-house design team. Drawing on the Brown family's 85-year history in home furnishings, we offer a refreshing alternative to the standard look and feel of most corporate housing. Our well-designed interiors reflect the distinctive character of the buildings and neighborhoods in which they're located, and provide residents with an inviting place to come home to after a fast-paced day.
At Furnished Quarters, we enable guests to stay differently. We provide a comfortable, fully furnished and equipped private apartment, plenty of helpful neighborhood information and 24-hour customer service. Because many of our services—including design, housekeeping and maintenance—are in-house, we’re able to meet our residents’ needs quickly and consistently. While we consider ourselves first and foremost a hospitality company, we're proud to offer an authentic residential experience for all of our guests.
