In the city that never sleeps, the amount of Halloween happenings is no surprise. From family-fun to boozy affairs, there’s always a way in Gotham town to feel the spooky spirit. Here are a few killer ways to celebrate Halloween in NYC this year:

Village Halloween Parade

If you’ve never experienced Halloween in Manhattan, the Village Halloween Parade is a must-see Halloween event in NYC. Expect crowds, but look forward to the most creative and committed costumes you’ve ever seen. Over the top floats and outfits range from hilarious to frightening as the parade moves along Sixth Avenue. Come dressed in costume as a spectator from 7:00 to 10:30pm, or comfortably stream it from your apartment on your local TV channel, NY1. Enjoy the parade in person anywhere north of Spring Street up to West 16th Street.

Queen of the Night can best be described as one of a kind. Open year round, the mystery and allure of this fascinating theatrical production resonates with the spirit of Halloween. It’s a dark, sexy and satisfying dinner and show, perfect for dates, bachelorette parties or other group gatherings. Sip on drinks, savor a delicious meal and prepare to be wowed by this interactive display that made it to our list of favorite Halloween events in NYC.
