FURNISHED QUARTERS APPOINTS ED STANISZEWSKI
AS GENERAL MANAGER FOR NEW JERSEY PORTFOLIO

New York, NY (April 30, 2008) – Furnished Quarters has announced the appointment of Ed Staniszewski as general manager of its stylish temporary furnished apartments in New Jersey. Ed will be responsible for managing Furnished Quarters’ northern New Jersey portfolio in Jersey City and Hoboken. As general manager, Ed will develop and expand upon existing relationships with organizations and businesses in the nearby communities. In addition, he will oversee daily operations and support sales efforts.

With over 20 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Ed was general manager for the Portland Square Hotel in New York City prior to joining Furnished Quarters. He was responsible for all daily hotel operations, human resources, accounting and sales and marketing. After organizing Portland Square Hotel’s takeover of the property in 2005, he was successful in significantly increasing revenue and hotel occupancy.
