Furnished Quarters rates are dependent on location, length of stay and time of year. This chart provides an approximate cost for a 30 day stay this summer.  Please contact us for rates that fit your travel needs.

 

Furnished Quarters offer an authentic residential experience. With offices open 7 days a week, customer service available 24 hours a day, housekeeping service, and our own in-house design team, guests enjoy unrivaled surroundings and responsiveness all at 30% - 50% less than a hotel.

Furnished Quarters serves both business and leisure clients. Whether you are relocating, are on a short-term job assignment, are in between homes, or are just simply enjoying the city, Furnished Quarters has a home for you.

Locate the network FQ and enter the case sensitive password found on the instruction card on the desk in your apartment. 

If you are having complications connecting, unplug both the Linksys wireless router and modem (the box connected to the router), then reconnect both and wait 5 minutes.

If FQ networks are unavailable, ensure that your computer has all wireless settings enabled. If this problem persists, contact your computer’s manufacturer for further information. Should you require further assistance with any electronics in your apartment, please contact us at 212-367-9400.

Using the Television:
Remote Instructions- Use the labeled TV Remote to power on/off, adjust volume and view DVDs. Change channels by using the labeled Cable Remote.

Using the DVD Player:

Power on the TV using the labeled TV Remote and insert a DVD into the player. Locate the “input” or “source” button on the TV Remote and press consecutively until the DVD picture is viewable. Return back to view TV channels by pressing the “input” or “source” button and selecting “HDMI” 1, 2 or 3 input until picture appears.

Most Furnished Quarters' apartments must be rented for a minimum of 30 days. Our New Jersey locations in Hoboken and Jersey City offer furnished rentals with a minimum stay of just 5 days.

A hotel room provides little more than a bed and bath. Furnished Quarters offers fully equipped private apartments in residential buildings. Residents can prepare their own meals and enjoy plenty of space to relax after a fast-paced day.

There are several significant cost advantages. On average our rates are 30%-50% less than upscale hotels. There is more space and privacy, so residents can entertain or hold meetings without renting a separate room—and with a full kitchen, residents have the option to cook their own meals.

Yes, there are laundry facilities in all of our buildings—many are inside the apartments themselves.

Housekeeping is provided every other week. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged during your stay.

All apartment rentals include a utilities allowance for gas, electric, local telephone calls, and basic cable.

You may direct dial long distance calls from your apartment, or use a credit card, pre-paid calling card, or cell phone. Please contact us for direct dial long distance rates.

In most buildings, yes. However, there is a non-refundable cleaning fee, and some limitations on weight and breed. Arrangements need to be made at the time of the booking.

Move in time is after 4pm. Move out time is 12pm. If you need to make special arrangements, please call Customer Service at 800.221.2808.

We accept most major credit cards, cashier’s checks, and wire transfers.
