TriBeCa (Triangle below Canal Street) located in lower Manhattan is one of New York City’s most fashionable and trendy yet relaxed residential neighborhoods with upscale art galleries, chic boutiques, and more than half a dozen of the city’s finest restaurants. TriBeCa provides a quiet oasis with cobblestone streets, parks and playgrounds such as Duane Park and Hudson River Park. TriBeCa is home to many modern institutions as well as several NYC historic landmarks. Located just steps away from Battery Park and the hip SoHo to the North.

Downtown Manhattan has a limitless supply of dining options.
